Protest at Hyde Park

While I was filming at Speakers Corner yesterday I heard a large amount of noise off to my side.  I turned to see a large crowd heading in my direction.  They were clearly heading towards a protest as most carried placards and there was a little bit of chanting.

Anti-Lieberman Protests

Yesterday the Foreign Minister of Israel, Avigdor Lieberman, visited London to hold meetings with the British Foreign Minister David Miliband and shadow Foreign Minister William Hague.   Given his outspoken views on Palestine (which some have described as racist) it was no surprise that his visit was greeted with protests.
