So we’re about to head into October and in London that means one thing – the UK’s largest photography festival, photomonth hits East London. The festival boasts over 150 different events and exhibitions and is spread across East London. Somehow last years photomonth completely passed me by and I didn’t attend one single event, terrible I know! But this year should be different as I’m planning on seeing quite a few of the exhibitions, hope to attend a few of the talks and will definitely be having a look at the photomonth photofair.
This years event looks pretty impressive with a great range of photographers on show. Some of the events I plan to attend are listed below -
- 11th September – 10th October – Obama’s People by Nadav Kander, Flowers Gallery
- Tuesday 6th October – PhotoVoice Lecture with Tom Stoddart
- Saturday 10th October – photomonth Photofair
- 18 November – 11 December - COLLATERAL DAMAGE by Jenny Matthews
