Happy New Year!! Had a quiet night last night so I decided to head into Westminster this morning for the New Years Parade. I’ve never been before so I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was a good parade, but I think it relied just a bit too heavily on US Marching Bands. They seemed to dominate the whole parade. That’s not to say they were bad, quite the opposite, they were very talented, but you’d expect to see more British talent in the parade.
While at the Parade I also shot a bit of video on my rubbish point and shoot camera. I apologise in advance for the incessant whistling, but the kid stood behind me wouldn’t shut up!
